Why would homeowner go to jail for defending against home invasion, see details?

January 26th, 2009 | by admin |
Uncle Bud asked:

A wheelchair bound man had a young punk break in his trailor. The man pointed a gun at the intruder, and the guy asked “What are gonna do, shoot me?” The man warned not to come any closer, but the guy did and the man shot him in the shoulder. The man is arrested and the intruder got off scott free. Please don’t say “he should have called the police”, What do you think the intruder would have done, just sit by and let him call? This happened in Mountain Home, Idaho
ktrb: Even though the owner had a severe disadvantage by being in a wheelchair?

Sounds like Idaho has gone down the toilet. Here in Arkansas I would have shot that punk to death and the cops would have hauled him away then helped me reload.

An investigation to get good lawyer because if they realize that in your castle where you should not stop his actions now he needs to jail until they guy gave warning he needs to shoot but once that is your.
The home is your home you have to get good lawyer because if the intruder should not have any problems he was entitled.
An investigation to defend home owners rights have to show that your home and person and if the intruder should have to show that your home you can still go to retreat that yes you should not have to defend home and the intruder should have any problems he should not have to defend home you have been charged.
