We have a contract on our Mountain Home in Blue Ridge and FEMA says we are in the Floor zone.surveyors no?

The survey company says we are 5 feet above the highest flood zone. Mortgage company BB&T will not accept survey and is requiring flood insurance from the buyer…..How do we change FEMA’s flood zone?
I meant to say Flood zone.
