Is Mountain Oaks home school\charter school a christian based school?

I want information on this website because I have been looking at this schools and I have been noticing christian references and a lot of things like that, at the old sight they said there was crosses on the school.
Could they be lying?

      Could they be lying about what?
      What Christian reference are you seeing?
      What do you mean by “at the old sight”?

      Now, I do find their website misleading but that is due to the fact that CA educational laws do not use the term homeschooling. What Mountain Oaks is, is a public charter school, therefore it is a part of the public school system. It is not homeschooling, in the most common use of the word, or the way it is used legally in most states.
