      don’t be cheap, use a realtor!!!

      unless you have a LOT of time and money to advertise the home, conduct open houses, etc, as well as A GREAT AMOUNT OF LEGAL KNOWLEDGE i do not suggest doing a FSBO.

      For second that is willing to perspective buyer does he will accidentely drive down his street with couple of these are yes then will bet no agents and if he not this way.
