How can I protect my knees/shins when mountain biking?
February 8th, 2012 | by admin | asked:
I am going mountain biking tommorow and I often do a lot of down-hilling, but every once in a while my foot will slip and it scrapes up my shin and my knees. Any suggestion for a home made or store bought protection?
