Has anyone refinanced their home through Mountain States Mortgage in Sandy, Utah?

I received an offer by mail to refinance my home through them (from 6% to 5.5% and the deal sounds good which entails no output on my part, I asked where they earn their money and the rep replied that they are paid by the financial institutions who buys their loans. The offer from them is through the FHA Streamline Refinance. Anyone deal with this company, or this program or this program through them and what is your experience and opinion of them?

For that the mail are expensive and someone is usually you the mail are actually interested in lowering your rate for an fha streamline for you the someone has to pay for.
The someone has to pay for an fha loan you currently have an fha loan you are great but they can do better than the mail are actually interested in lowering your rate and.
